If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date of purchase, only from the United States.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Product returns will only be accepted with a valid Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
From the date the return label is created, you have 14 days to send back your return.

Prepaid Return Label - 48 Contiguous U.S. States

Download and print your prepaid return label.
$8.99 cost for up to 5 items.
$10.99 cost for 6 to 10 items.
Label cost will be deducted from the amount of the credit you receive for your refund.
If you have more than 10 items, please ship via a carrier of your choice.

EXCHANGES

To process an exchange, please follow these simple steps:

Start a Return:
Visit our Returns Page and follow the steps outlined in our Return Policy to send your item back for a refund.
Return Shipping Label:
The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount once your return is processed.
Place Your Exchange Order:
After your return has been submitted, you’ll receive a coupon code by email that allows you to place your next order with FREE shipping.

Please note: All clearance items are final. Not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and refund you after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, a full refund excluding the shipping cost will be offered.
You will receive the credit up to 7 business days after we receive your return, depending on your card issuer's policies.
